Pinnacle Virtual Jet Management’s primary operational headquarters is Westchester County Airport (White Plains – KHPN), serving as the central hub for executive oversight, fleet coordination, and operational leadership. While KHPN functions as the main hub, Pinnacle operates a distributed network of smaller regional hubs strategically located across the United States. These hubs act as aircraft home bases and feature full-service maintenance and inspection capabilities, allowing the fleet to operate efficiently across North America without being confined to a single location.
Pilots are not required to base their daily operations at KHPN and are free to fly missions and routes throughout North America that best fit their individual flying style and business needs. The FLIGHTLINQ system continuously monitors aircraft health and utilization, requiring aircraft to return to a designated service hub once the status level reaches 70%. Depending on the level of maintenance required, servicing an aircraft may take varying amounts of time, during which the aircraft may be unavailable for flight operations.
Because maintenance downtime directly impacts aircraft availability, effective aircraft management is not only a responsibility of the administrative and maintenance staff, but also a critical part of each pilot’s day-to-day decision-making. Pilots are strongly encouraged to plan maintenance returns proactively, balancing mission planning with aircraft health to avoid extended ground time and operational disruptions.
As Pinnacle Virtual Jet Management continues to grow, additional regional hubs will be added to support expanding operations and fleet distribution. Pilots interested in establishing a new hub location or serving as a Hub Manager are encouraged to contact the administrative staff and take an active role in shaping Pinnacle’s future.Other North American Hubs:
