Pinnacle Virtual Jet Management
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
1. Purpose & Scope
These Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) establish the operational, safety, and professionalism standards for all pilots operating under Pinnacle Virtual Jet Management (PJM). The SOP ensures consistent, realistic executive jet operations while preserving the flexibility expected of independent operators within the SayIntentions AI network.
All pilots flying under the PJM banner are expected to understand and comply with these procedures when conducting flights tracked through the FLIGHTLINQ system or participating in PJM-organized events.
2. Aircraft & Booking Rules
2.1 Aircraft Location Requirement
Pilots must begin flights from the aircraft’s current airport.
Aircraft availability must match the selected departure airport at the time of booking.
Booking an aircraft not physically staged at the departure location is prohibited.
2.2 Booking Hold Policy
Flight bookings remain active until flown or manually cancelled.
Cancelled flights remain visible in pilot history for 15 days.
Three (3) auto-cancellations within a calendar month will trigger a compliance review.
2.3 Pilot Repositioning
Manual pilot repositioning is enabled and permitted to meet operational needs.
Jump seating is disabled.
Pilots requiring assistance with repositioning may contact staff if needed.
Pilots must bring aircraft back to one of the PJM hubs for maintenance when prior to the aircraft reaching 70% health.
3. Flight Planning & Operations
3.1 Alternate Airports
3.2 Charter Operations
Charter flights are the method of flying within PJM, as no scheduled service is provided.
Pilots must fly under the ICAO "PJM", callsign "PINJET" (PIN-JET) while flying the 4 digit code provided on the roster.
flights are booked on the pilot "dashboard" by going to "flights" then "charter flights". be sure the departure location is set to the location of your pilot, indicated on the top right of the FLIGHTLINQ dashboard by your username.
Flying with the custom Airline callsign "PJM" and your unique four digit number on the SayIntentions Network will enable the custom cabin crew, dispatch and other settings.
4. Monthly Participation Requirements
4.1 First Flight
4.2 Monthly Activity
No minimum flight count is required.
No minimum flight-hour requirement is enforced.
PJM prioritizes quality, realism, and professionalism over volume.
